Hiring a Facebook Ads Agency in Bangladesh? Ask These Questions

Meta Ads & Performance··3 min read

Hiring a Facebook Ads agency in Bangladesh can save time, but handing over an advertising budget without a clear plan creates risk. The important question is not whether an agency knows the Ads Manager interface. It is whether the team can connect advertising decisions to your business outcome.

Before you appoint a partner for Meta Ads, use these questions to evaluate how the work will actually be managed.

What is the campaign expected to achieve?

Ask the agency to describe the primary action: a website purchase, a qualified enquiry, a message or awareness of the brand. The choice affects the campaign setup, creative message, destination and measurement.

For a cash-on-delivery e-commerce brand, a purchase event is useful but not the final business result. Orders may be cancelled or returned. Ask whether your reporting will compare ad results with confirmed and delivered orders.

How will the audience, offer and creative be tested?

Some businesses assume sales improve by changing targeting. Targeting can matter, but customers also respond to the product, the promise and the content they see.

Ask how the agency will collect customer questions, develop creative angles and decide when a test has enough information to evaluate. One ad creative might emphasize the problem a product solves; another might clarify its features or buying conditions. The point is to learn which message attracts the right customer.

Will conversion tracking be checked before scaling?

Find out whether the agency reviews Meta Pixel and, where appropriate, Conversions API. The team should be able to explain which events matter for your website, how to test them and what prevents duplicate purchase counting.

Installing tracking is not the same as verifying it. Ask for a test purchase or test lead that demonstrates the event path. Read about MarketR’s tracking work if measurement is currently unclear.

Who controls the ad account and billing?

Clarify who owns the account, who receives access, who pays for the media and what happens if you change service providers. Agree in advance on a secure access process and avoid sharing passwords when a proper business access method is available.

Do not confuse the platform advertising budget with the agency’s service fee. Ask for separate figures and records.

How will the agency explain performance?

A report should help you decide what to do next. Ask the agency to explain why results changed and what it intends to test.

  • For sales: compare spend, reported purchases, confirmed orders and delivered orders where your records allow.
  • For leads: review lead quality and how quickly the sales team can respond.
  • For creative: examine the message and destination, not only clicks or engagement.
  • For measurement: identify unexplained gaps between the website, Meta and actual business records.

What are the warning signs?

Be careful with guaranteed returns, vague ownership terms, refusal to explain reporting, and proposals that start with a large ad budget before anyone understands your offer. Real campaigns involve testing and uncertainty.

Also be cautious of an agency that treats every account exactly the same. A local service business and a product store will not always need identical campaigns.

The right partner should make the process clearer, not more mysterious. Learn about MarketR performance marketing, or tell us what you want your Facebook ads to achieve.
